Karachi, 2nd April, 2015: Fashion Pakistan, the leading platform for Pakistani fashion designers, kicked off day three of the Telenor Fashion Pakistan Week 2015 (TFPW) on 2nd March 2015, at the Pearl Continental hotel in Karachi.
Fashion Pakistan prides itself in being the only council in Pakistan that produces two seasonal fashion weeks every year. After the groundbreaking success of the last fashion week, (FPWAW) this time around, the council is coming up with a bigger and an even better fashion week. The Council’s major objective is to give designers a chance to display their various collections on a national forum, whilst achieving international acclaim.
The third day of TFPW began with great fervor and enthusiasm with Body Focus Museum opening the show with their stunning collection cal led “Sartorial Philology and the new nomads” which was enchanting and awe-inspiring. Levis showcased their respective collection, staying true to their design philosophy with a gorgeous new streak. Somal Halepoto brought forth her beautiful spring collection “Color Glam”which was a composition of color, glamour and glitz. YBQ’s collection “Laal Shah Mast” was breathtaking ; a tribute to the great Sufis of Sindh with collaborative strengths taken from different human emotions. Wardha Saleem presented the “Lotus Song” a spectacular collection inspired by ancient flora and fauna of Madubhani art of the Subcontinent and Ikat print patterns of Indonesia.
Incorporating fresh summer hues and illuminate motifs the collection was a gorgeous work of art. Sania Maskatiya for Alkaram introduced a vibrant collection with blends of both pattern and texture.
showcasing his dynamic and luxurious collection for men called “Hi-octane”. A combination of Inaaya showcased a collection that screamed elegance and regality. The show closed with HSY classic hues with a perfect cut, style and fit; Hi-Octane is a collection that is tailored to perfection.
