With two much talked about movies coming out soon, it’s essential that we get our expectations in order. Will both of them take the cinema by surprise or will one face the ultimate Lollywood heartbreak? Or will both? In either case, which one of the two has better chances at surviving the box office?
Cast and Crew
Cast: Humaima Malik, Sikander Rizvi
Director: Asad Ul Haq
Producer: Ali Murtaza
Where Mahira is a strong actor, Humaima has a habit of over doing it. Her voice has also faced disastrous shifts due to the dubbing, and has totally ruined the effect this sexy lead was supposed to have on the audiences. But at the very same time, Mahira can barely dance. They both should therefore equal out the odds for each other.
Plot and Story Line
Without much insight into the stories, and only judging from the trailers, Dekh Magar Pyaar Say comes across as a tad bit more genuine than the story of Bin Roye. The former is about a runaway bride that tries a lot to match the character of Geet from Jab We Met, but the story is different for sure. However, Bin Roye is the same ‘I fell in love but then I fell in love again and I don’t know what’s going on’ plot line.
IIFA nominated for best music direction, Soch – the band – has produced four songs for DMPS, along with the OST. We have yet to get a full preview of these songs but the director is in full hopes that they will blow us away. Bin Roye, on the other hand, has a classic playlist full of playful and heartily rhythmic numbers.Big names such as Abida Perveen, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Shiraz Uppal and Rekha Bhardwa associated to it. Its possible that if neither of these movies hit big on the charts, their songs definitely will.
With that, we wrap up our quick comparison and leave it to you!
